Five minutes away from the beach, in Region 15 of Tulum, Xova Urbanization is located. An urbanism project centered around people and how they relate to their surroundings; a new neighborhood where most of the existing trees are preserved, with wide sidewalks and spacious corners complimented by spaces such as small public squares.

The plot size is 420.69 m2 (square meters), and the project is settled on a surface of 182.65 m2, utilizing no more than 42% of the land as construction footprint.

The project consists of 4 private residences, each one with an individual parking space and independent entrance. Two residences are located on the first floor and have their respective gardens, while the two remaining houses are on the upper floor, and have access to private roof gardens.
